Pork Loin Sirloin Cutlets (Breaded)

Pork loin sirloin cutlets are boneless slices cut from the sirloin (buckeye) end of loin after the tenderloin, hipbone, and backbone are removed.  The cutlets may be run through a meat tenderizer. They are usually prepared by braising, broiling, grilling, pan-broiling, or pan-frying.
